A grove commemorating Georges Messaoud Touboul, a member of the KKL-JNF executive in Toulouse, France, was dedicated in Yatir Forest in the Negev. The ceremony was attended by his widow, his son, and members of a delegation from Toulouse, who are now visiting Israel.
